Minimal 5 years of relevant work experience within IT, preferably Digital Channels.
Agile Way of working/Scrum
Minimum university of professional education
Communication skills (NL & ENG) to connect with both IT and Business stakeholders. Candidate must have very good writing skills and is able to concert business wishes and well understood and unambigious requirement specifications (User Stories or Customer Journeys).
Extras and Nice to haves
Functionele knowledge of Customer Interaction tools and/or Video Conferencing tools.
