As Business Analyst for our Document Output Business, based in one of our core countries, you are part of a team responsible for the continued and internationally well-balanced, profitable definition and spread of the respective solution offering. This team develops the electronic solution portfolio from a technical and product offering perspective whilst ensuring that the Standard Solution Offering is defined, documented, and communicated across multiple countries. Whilst defined as Omni channel delivery (OCS), the successful candidate will also work closely with the Physical Output delivery teams to ensure that a consistent approach to Document Output delivery is being met as well as alongside the Document Input and Mailroom delivery teams to ensure a holistic approach to the management of our client end to end document lifecycle management is met. Support the team to develop, enhance and improve the standardized solution offering and associated internal delivery business processes

Work with Sales, Marketing, Bid Management, Global Solutions and Client Management both internally and face to face with the client, where they do not have the in-depth knowledge for an accurate solution (functional expertise)

Drive standardization of the operational processes and support teams (Service Management, Project Management, Operations) in new and existing markets

Actively contribute to deliver the new platform to the business

Actively support any remaining client migrations to the new platform

Standard business analyst activites for supporting the Core Development team with the design, evaluation and implementation of new features and functions

Support the Product Manager in scoping, defining and delivering the product roadmap

Support the Head of OCS Operations in compiling investment proposals, inter-company training and presentations and special ad-hoc projects Your profile:

Passion and proven ability to interpret customers' needs and articulate how solutions would meet those needs

University degree or vocational education with a business management or technical background

Business process analysis skills paired with the ability to evaluate the business, client and market needs

Quick learner, preferable with knowledge of omni-channel document output solutions

Project management experience preferable

Professional language skills in German (C1) and English (B2-C1) as well as strong and assertive communication skills at all levels within a business both internally and externally

Self-driven with ability to operate independently and a team player able to work towards common goals

Experience of working in a multi-country environment in a matrix organization

Flexibility with up to 20% travel required for the position (mainly Switzerland and UK) Your team:
