Oracle Fusion HCM Techno/Functional Analyst
This is a great opportunity to work on an HCM implementation from Legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
In this environment, you will be responsible for implementation and configuring current HCM Systems while gearing up to implement Oracle Fusion in a global enterprise environment. You should have experience with full life cycle implementations and upgrades on Major ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft) and bring solid knowledge and methodology to the tasks associated including risk mitigation, project reporting, project planning, enhancements, configuration and collaborating with users, technical delivery team members internally and externally. You must demonstrate your past success bridging functional and technical aspects with techno/functional skills and have strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration and time keeping. Clear and concise communication is essential to your success here.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
5+ years of HCM Techno/Functional Analyst
2+ full life cycle implementations with ERP HCM - Oracle Fusion, EBS or PeopleSoft (ideally experience with multiple systems),
Hands on experience with implementation, configuration, and high level support of HCM Systems - Payroll, Benefits Administration, time keeping
2+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion and Cloud Solutions
Strong knowledge of development methodology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
