What our client wants you to do aka responsibilities

Sr. Workday Analyst who can easily lead a migration from Broad Pased HRIS System to Workday

Implementation of all Workday modules and functionality

Compensation piece is a high preference

Must be functional and technical

Who you are:

Support COMPANY's HRIS/compensation programs, while utilizing management, technical, analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills to interface with all customers.

Implement HRIS enhancements including employee/manager self-service functionality and workflows.

Serve as the Workday liaison with vendors on technical/support inquiries while reviewing system upgrades and upcoming functionality.

Recommend new features while identifying opportunities for automation via data feeds to vendors.

Partner with HR team to be the SME of Workday and at the same time define requirements for design HRIS reports to support HR analytics.

Create ad-hoc reports to ensure data integrity through regular data validations

Correct data to upload into the HR system as needed and implement new functionality/upgrades.

Work Hours: Full Time

Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 USD
Pay Period: Annual
