Design code test, debug, Workday, capital management

HCM, Core HR and PeopleSoft Payroll systems

Workforce Management, Benefits compensation and payroll systems

HCM security configuration, core connectors, Workday studio, CCB Report Writer

Who you are

Workday Application Developer and Systems Analyst III is required!

The Workday Technical AND Functional Analyst .

is responsible for Workday security, data integrity reports, integrations, updates/upgrades.

Design, code, test, and debug Workday software and understand, diagnose and respond to their software change requests, incidents and enhancements.

Implement/support Enterprise business systems supporting and having experience with Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and Payroll systems and working closely with end users.

As a Workday Technical/Functional Analyst you will enhance Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and PeopleSoft Payroll systems.

You also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:

Bachelor Degree

3+ years of Workday technical AND functional experience

Functional expertise in Workday HCM Configurable Security configurations with hand's-on experience in specifically Core Connectors, Workday Studio, CCBs, Inbound/Outbound EIBs and Cloud Connecters

Extensive experience with Workday Report Writer, both Advanced and Matrix Custom Reports while also managing Tenant Setup Configurations

Creating third-party integrations, ensuring proper flow of HCM related information into HCM Systems executing test scenarios

PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll tax updates and development including Application Engine, Component Interfaces, People Code, Integration Broker experience

Experience developing reports using SQR and BI Publisher and Workday BIRT Report Writer

Familiar with Workday HCM and Benefit Eligibility/Benefit Open Enrollment/Workday Business Process configurations and functionality

Workday Payroll Interface experience and Workday Contingent Worker functionality is highly preferred
