Seeking a Workday HCM Analyst for a prestigious organization in West suburbs of Chicago. The Workday HCM Technical/Functional Analyst will primarily be responsible for Workday security, integrations, updates/upgrades, data integrity and reports. To deliver this responsibility, they will need to design, code, test, and debug Workday software. This role will also be supporting the organization's PeopleSoft Payroll systems.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Bachelor Degree, preferably Information Technology related

A strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll applications

Functional expertise in Workday HCM Configurable Security configurations and a deep understanding of Workday data model and security

Hands-on experience in Workday Integration tools, specifically Core Connectors, Workday Studio, CCBs, Inbound/Outbound EIBs and Cloud Connecters

Extensive experience with Workday Report Writer, both Advanced and Matrix Custom Reports

Experience managing Tenant Setup Configurations

Functional understanding of Organizations, Staffing Models and Business Process Flow of HCM Systems

Experience creating and supporting third-party integrations, ensuring proper flow of HCM related information into and out of HCM Systems

Experience engaging Workday Support to research and resolve issues

Workday certified professionals highly preferred

PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll development and maintenance experience, including tax updates (Desired)

PeopleTools (Application Engine, Component Interfaces, People Code, Integration Broker) experience ( Desired)

Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 USD
Pay Period: Annual
